Compass is a Concrete Kreative product. Here are the fastest ways to sort out account access.

Use the right Google account
Sign in with the Google account that already has Compass access. If you were invited, use the same email address that received the invitation.

Check your invite
Compass access is provisioned by account or invitation. Check your inbox for an invite from your admin, and make sure it has not expired.

Ask an admin for help
If you're still blocked, ask your admin to confirm that your Google email has been added to Compass or resend your invitation.
